Virtual servers in non-US locations? Recommendations?

I realize it has been asked before, and that OpenHosting is currently only located in the U.S.

Are there non-US locationes planned in the near-term (as in next 6 months)?

If not, I was wondering whether OpenHosting had partners in Europe or elsewhere which they could recommend, or whether other users of this forum had any suggestions?

I am in the process of building a service where latency is an important factor, and being physically closer to users in different geographic regions will be quite important. I've been very happy with OHI and would rather continue giving them my money, but...

Also, for the heck of it, may as well attach a poll. How many other readers would be interested in non-US servers?
